Policies 

Arrival time                                                                                                                                                                                              Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment. Late arrival may result in an adjustment to your service, and we cannot neglect the next scheduled guest. 

Cancellation Policy                                                                                                                                                                                     As a courtesy to other guests and our practitioners, please give us 24 hour notice if you must cancel or change any treatments. Without this notification, you will be charged one half of the service reserved. Packages require a minimum of 48 hours notification to avoid half charge.

Product Returns                                                                                                                                                                                      Exchanges or store credit, with receipt, within 14 days of purchase, will be made only if the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Forms of Payment                                                                                                                                                                                     We accept credit cards, cash, EFT or direct deposit. Personal cheques area accepted with identification and are subject to a R100 return fee. Spa packages must be guaranteed with a deposit. 

Professional Boundaries                                                                                                                                                                          Should a client exhibit inappropriate behaviour services will be terminated immediately and client will be charged in full. 

Children & Cell Phones                                                                                                                                                                               In keeping with the serene and peaceful environment of our spa, please consider leaving small children at home and cell phones on silent or switched off so that others may relax without noise or interruption.                         

Valuables                                                                                                                                                                                              Valuables should be left at home or in the car. Many treatments require removal of jewelry, personal items and or clothing, and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for their loss or damage.

Gratuity                                                                                                                                                                                                      Rates do not include gratuity. Gratuity is encouraged to show how you enjoyed your treatment.
